At Rawcliffe’s of Chorley Ltd, we take great pride in the quality of our workmanship and the memorials we supply.
For your peace of mind, we offer a comprehensive guarantee on all new memorials.
A guarantee you can trust
We offer a 30 year guarantee on all new memorials against defects affecting the soundness of the memorial,
excluding natural variations in colour or texture. Should any memorial supplied by us prove to be defective due to faulty
workmanship or material within the guarantee period, we will make good or replace the memorial at no cost to the purchaser.
The lettering finish, whether completed in paint or gold leaf, carries a
10 year guarantee.
In the unlikely event that you experience a problem with your memorial within the guarantee period, we will act quickly
to correct the issue, provided the damage has not been caused by a third party and remains within 30 years from the date of invoice.
What Our Guarantee Covers
- 30 year memorial guarantee on new memorials supplied by us
- Defects in workmanship affecting the soundness of the memorial
- Defects in materials where the memorial proves faulty within the guarantee period
- 10 year guarantee on paint or gold leaf lettering finishes
Important Guarantee Conditions
Our guarantee will become invalid if the memorial is removed from the grave or if work is carried out on it by anyone
other than Rawcliffe’s of Chorley Ltd.
The guarantee does not cover acts of vandalism, accidental damage, or damage caused by unusual environmental or
atmospheric conditions, including natural disasters.
Memorial Insurance
We also offer memorial insurance and strongly recommend this is taken out on all new memorials for additional peace of mind. This insurance is provided by Bridge Insurance of Manchester
who offer their StoneGuard memorial insurance at very reasonable rates.
